Gaskets

The gasket provides isolation of the two flanges and is a grooved kammprofile stainless steel 316l core which delivers huge strength and rigidity. The kammprofile facings are high dielectric strength modified PTFE or mica. Optional core materials include various grades of stainless steel, duplex steel and nickel alloys.

Isolate the stud bolts from the flanges. Material selection is determined by the service temperature and choice of carrier and seals.

Gasket Kit

The carrier is NEMA GRE G10 bonded to a SS 316L core for strength. Machined grooves hold spring-loaded, pressure-energized PTFE seals that tighten as pressure increases; other alloys and elastomer seals optional.
