Whether you're dealing with a non-standard flange, extreme media, or legacy infrastructure, we’ll collect the necessary details — drawings, dimensions, pressure and temperature ratings, media type, and environmental factors. Our engineering team will consult with you directly to identify constraints and goals.
Once we have your requirements, we move into engineering. Our experts develop 2D/3D CAD designs, select suitable gasket materials, and determine isolation and coating needs. Simulations or internal validation tests are run to ensure the solution meets performance targets like fire safety, electrical insulation, and pressure containment.
After review, we present a detailed proposal with specs, drawings, and performance expectations. Once approved, we move to prototyping or straight to production — depending on the project scope. Final products are manufactured under ISO-certified processes and delivered ready for installation, with full traceability and documentation if required.
