CoRE FEATURES

Engineered for Permanent Cathodic Isolation

Single-Piece Design

Eliminates multi-component flange kits and field assembly errors.

Factory Tested

Hydrostatically and electrically tested to 1.5× pressure.

Maintenance-Free

Built for long service life in demanding environments.

Stray Current Control

Prevents electrochemical corrosion from impressed external currents.

Product information

Configured for Long-Term Isolation

Available from ½” to 150” nominal pipe size, manufactured to ANSI, ASME, API, DIN, ASTM, BS, UNI, and NACE standards. Each unit undergoes hydrostatic, dielectric, insulation resistance, NDE (UT & MT), and dimensional verification to ensure compliance and operational safety.

Types

ANSI 150 (PN 25)

For moderate pressure services up to 25 bar, hydrostatically tested at 37.5 bar, –20°C to 100°C range.

ANSI 300 (PN 65)

For higher pressure pipelines up to 63 bar, tested at 1.5× design pressure, –20°C to 80°C.

ANSI 600 (PN 100)

For high-pressure systems up to 100 bar, hydrostatic and dielectric tested for structural and electrical integrity.
Benefits
01

Cathodic Shield

Provides permanent electrical isolation preventing corrosion from stray and impressed pipeline currents.

02

Weld Ready

Single-piece unit eliminates flange kits and reduces field installation risks.

03

Zero Maintenance

Direct burial design removes need for inspection pits or routine monitoring.

04

Pressure Safe

Hydrostatically and electrically tested ensuring integrity under design operating pressures.
